The Washington My Health My Data Act (“MHMDA”) gives certain applicable consumers (“Consumers”) the right to know what information (referred to as “Consumer Health Data”) Humana, Inc. and its affiliated entities (referred to collectively as “CenterWell,” "Humana", “we,” “our,” or “us”), collect about them and how and for what purposes we use and share that information.
